Delete your account

You can delete your Nonna Said Run online account and the data linked to it at any time, either in the game or by sending us a request. This page explains both, and exactly what is deleted and what is kept.

Option 1 · In the game (instant)

  1. Open Nonna Said Run and tap the Settings (gear) button.
  2. Open Save Data.
  3. Tap Delete online account and confirm with Yes, delete it.

Your online account, cloud save, leaderboard entries and any linked Google account are removed from our servers straight away. To also wipe the progress stored on your phone, use Reset in the same menu, or uninstall the game.

Option 2 · Send a request

No access to the game any more? Fill in this form and we will delete your data within 30 days, then email you when it's done. You can also write to support@zexp.dev with the same details.

If you linked a Google account in the game, use that address so we can find your save.

What should we delete?

What gets deleted

Deleted

  • Your online account ID and sign-in details
  • Your cloud save: progress, coins, cookies, unlocked heroes, weapons and skins, missions, rewards, in-game name and Player ID
  • Your leaderboard entries
  • The email address of a linked Google account
  • With "Everything": bug reports sent with your Player ID and your playtest registration

Kept

  • Records of in-app purchases (order ID, product, date), only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted
  • Data held by Google, such as your Google Play purchase history and AdMob advertising data. Manage it in your Google account.
  • Progress stored on your own device, until you reset or uninstall the game

Good to know
